Advance Notice

For smaller orders, 2 to 3 days ahead.  Sometimes less, depending on availability of items on our regular menus, and excluding weekends and holidays when our suppliers are closed.  For more elaborate orders, say, for a party or milestone event, as far ahead as possible so that we can devise the menu, arrange waitstaff and give you enough time so you don't feel rushed.

Beverages

We offer bottled waters, soft drinks, juices, lemonade, coffee and tea.  We are unable to sell alcoholic beverages, but are able serve them at events where we provide the waitstaff.  Our preferred wine merchant is Sea Grape Wines, and their phone number is 212-463-7688, or you're welcome to supply your own wine and liquor.

Cancellations & Changes

24-hour advance notice is required.  For events of either $1,000 or more or 100 people or more, 72-hour notice is required. The client will be held responsible for unrecoverable charges and deposits.

Custom Menus

We will work with you to devise the perfect menu, whether a variation on our anything-but-standard repetoire, one that features special dishes or adheres to dietary restrictions, up to and including totally themed banquets.  Some of our holiday foods are Jewish-style, but none is Kosher.

Deliveries

Delivery charges are based on the size of the order and the destination.  All deliveries will be considered "drop-offs" unless set-up is requested when the order is placed.  Please discuss delivery charges when placing your order.

Deposits & Payments

Events in excess of $500 require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of the event; with the balance due on the day of the event.

We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Companies that have ordered with some regularity are welcome to apply for a house account.

Gratuities

These are at your discretion.  We do not include gratuities or service charges, unless explicity stated.

Taxes

All items are subject to applicable sales taxes.
